Building the verification layer for human skills.

Hi, I'm Roman – a catcher-turned-founder, born in close-knit family in Russia. I started playing By the time I was 10, I had become the captain of my team and was invited to the where I was selected as In high school, I was writing I also taught myself to code at 17, and built my first idea – Mylink, a peer-to-peer tutoring marketplace – entirely in Figma. I moved to when I turned 18 to study Business Administration and graduated from UCLan University in May 2026. and became part of life – alongside years of quiet self-discovery. Mylink became SkillSwap, and SkillSwap attracted 270 real users – but every user pointed at the same gap: the skills people built inside the platform had no proof that worked outside it. The missing layer was verifiable proof – a way to prove your skills to someone who has never met you. That's how was born. Today, Lemma consists of everything previous platforms had, but also solves exactly that gap: a verification layer where skill is proven through real events – peer sessions, assessments, AI practice – and the proof travels with you, shareable to anyone who needs to verify it. It's quite important to acknowledge the influence of my friends, and our instilled values in me and shaped the person I have become.

The Story

"Before I wrote a line of code, I learned what it means to earn something you can't fake."

Baseball taught me what earned trust feels like. Mylink imagined a product around growth. SkillSwap proved people wanted it. Lemma is the serious form of that same obsession – a way to make skill legible outside the room where it was learned.

Lemma – Skill Economy OS

Learning found demand.
Proof became the product.

SkillSwap made one thing obvious: learning alone was not enough. If growth could not become trusted signal outside the platform, it stayed trapped inside it. Lemma is the verification layer for human skills, with a live app, evidence engine, Skill Passports, live sessions, and CAT assessments already in motion.

What's Next

The product is live. The next chapter is distribution turning verified skill into a trusted signal for employers, platforms, and ambitious people, and building the quiet infrastructure layer the skill economy will eventually rely on.
